When you post on the Party / Jam Session entry, don't just post who you're bringing, but who you told. Tell your friends that i know (e.g. Ashley D and F, Donny, Courtney, Kelsey, Melissa, Caila, and so on.) call them, email them, snail mail them i don't care. Just make sure all the people i would usually invite are in the know.
