well, I'm back. finally.
Moved into the new place, spent two nights, left for Atlanta, spent two nights there, came home (the new one) for two nights, left after work Friday to go back to Jax to get the rest of my things, spent the night there, return to Casselberry to discover my lock had been changed (and I just thought it was the bleach from the pressure washers the day before), had to get it changed back, stayed two nights, left for Atlanta, drove to Athens, spent two nights there, drove back to Atlanta (technically Morrow, near Jonesboro), spent two nights and flew back to Orlando.

Interestingly enough, as I was leaving the "transportation mall" (aka the underground people mover system)in Atlanta for good 'ol Concourse A, my ears captured something a bit funny. I realized that Josh Groban's "You Raise Me Up" was playing on the overhead speakers as I took the escalator up. Make sure you stop and read that again to make sure you get that. I knew the escalator was doing a pretty good job, but that must've been one heck of a task to really make it worth playing that song.

My mom once told me that it's only a matter of time before people start playing the hard and/or crazy music I grew up listening to (I think she used Linkin Park as the example) in places like elevators because she had witnessed the same thing with some of the music she grew up listening to.

I wait patiently to hear something like "Stairway to Heaven," "Highway to Hell," or "Sugar, We're Goin' down" on a future escalator trip.
