This morning I saw the most beautiful sunrise in my entire life.
It started out with what looked like layers of clouds to the east. The edges were bright peach, and the insides were lavender. As time passed, the peach got brighter and spread in ripples to the lavender. The most spectacular part happened when the sun came above the horizon. It was a huge, glowing, fire-colored orb that almost blended in with the peach clouds. It was huge and brilliant, but you could look at it for a couple seconds before turning away. After a minute it was shining and not glowing: it had hard, bright edges that couldn't be looked at steadily. Then it started shimmering as it ascended behind and through the bright peach and lavender clouds.
