So I was listening to a conversation between my parents and some of their friends this weekend. Their friends have a daughter who is in her second year at college. The jist of the conversation - it is many times harder to get into a good college today than when they went to college. It scared the crap out of me and my parents, and we have been preparing.
Do your parents have any idea how much tougher the college application process is today compared to when they applied??? They need to be educated.
And tell them they HAVE to go town meeting next Monday and vote for the school budget.
