Great! Liked this a lot. Poor Castiel.
I knew a little kid once who overheard one of a group of adults talking. At someone's remark, a surprised and worried expression came over his face. I said, "What's up?"
He said, "How can you kill time?"

You are quite likely the only commenter who will understand why I tried to work "continuinuumuum" in (gave up; author in-jokes are Not Good Idea).

I glomp you, mutual Pratchett fan! *glomps*

Alas! I satisfy my Discworld obsession by merely re-reading the entire series constantly. (Fo realz. I finish the series, then go back to the beginning of the shelf and start over.)

Night Watch is my favorite.

I've read them all a bunch of times as well. You catch new stuff each time you read them. My favorites are Wyrd Sisters and Carpe Jugulum. Though I also really like Night Watch and Maskerade. And Small Gods! :)

My second favorite is probably a three-way tie between Thud!, Lords and Ladies, and Making Money. With Small Gods coming in right behind.

A friend's youngest son is leaving for college this fall, and he wants to be a pastor. I gave him a copy of Small Gods, lol - figured he'd love it, hate it, or learn something. (He loved it. Said it was the turtle hopping up and down with rage. "Smite you with thunderbolts! Chickens to eat your liver!"

Granny Weatherwax is a brilliant character, but I hope to be Nanny Ogg when I grow up.

May I friend you?
