new zealand is pretty fun so far. the work is already beginning to pile up. i suppose that's what happens during a shorter semester. what you're originally going to learn in 12 weeks is condensed into 6. gnarly.
everyone's getting along nicely and i'm meeting all sorts of interesting people. it was sunny and 22 degrees for the first two days, but the last two days have been cold and rainy.
i tried some new zealand beer last night and got totally sloshed so quick, fuckin' time change and exhaustion, as well as no dinner would do it. right now i just made myself a cup of tea and i'm just chilling. some kids went out to downtown, but i don't feel like trekking in the pouring rain and cold weather. let's hope it gets a little warmer and nicer this weekend.
