wisdom teeth
i look fucking ridiculous.
it's day 2.
but i can now semi-eat and semi-talk.
i had a frenectomy done as well, removing the cleft gum from above my two front teeth ad making my upper lip come down moreso, like lips are supposed to end up doing. so it has been extra hard because my upper lip won't move at all, and i can't close my mouth yet. therefore, eating and drinking are a fucking chore.
the pain has mostly subsided. though even a gentle brush on my cheeks hurts a lot.
i spent too many hours on the couch yesterday watching tv, and watching commercials time and time again of all of my favourite foods -- and not being able to eat them yet, as i'm stuck eating blended milkshakes, drinkable yogurts, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, cream of wheat and jello.
my first meal when i'm all better is going to be a big mac combo.
i can't fucking wait.
