Too much. Too wonderful.
Today...
I woke up to a tree with flaming orange and red leaves, a glass of orange juice and Lou standing at my front door with a cup of ice cream.
I spent quality time with my mom and my sister. And spent a lot of their money. Mostly at Earthfare.
I loved the City of Columbia in all it's semi-metropolitan, twenty minutes from the country glory.
Tonight...
I took a nap on Lou's couch during band practice. When I fell asleep I was watching and listening to three frustrated musicians looking for a way to worship. When I woke up later, I was watching and listening to three amazing women pouring their hearts into praise for the Lord.
I got to pick what to do. And we did it. I watched Jones have a cello lesson and he and Lou battle back and forth with strings and bows which I have no concept of. There was some Dave Matthews Band involved.
(... I'm afraid if I learn to play music that it will lose the magic.)
I'm afraid of other things too, but in this moment, I am happy. Happy.
