I decided i am going to go on the tredmill for a tidge. I dont know if i can do 30minutes or anything yet but ill try five minutes for the beging then build i might be able to do 10 or 15 today i dont know its been quite some time since i used it.

So i did the tredmill for like 6 minutes but then my sister came home and she runs everyday for like 2 hours and she had to go to a class so i let her use it and went up stairs .so hears the diary so far

Appel~ 81 calories eaten
Wentto some italian place in boston and had pasta the site said it was 725 cals
then we went to panera and i got broclie and cheader soup: 230 with a whole grain baquet140
So a total is 1176 calories not to shabby?I dont know realy how many i should i have a day
