Ok so i fell off the bandwagon and im realy going to try hard to get back on starting today. I weighted my self and im at
 I'm going to try and use the eliptical for atleast ten minutes each day for a week then go 20 then 30 and so on and so on. Just to build it back up well i hope everyone else has been doing ok unlike me
