so i had a salad to day when i woke up at like 12:30 then i went out with my friends and we went to a movie and then shopping then we got chinneese a buffet ekk i took the smaller plate that they have at the dessert part and i had white rice and this pork and mushroom stuff then i had greenbeans with garlic thing. Then i had a second plate with a crab ragoon a chicken wing two piceses of those rib things and some more green beans. I dont know how many calories that was but i was kinda proud cuz i would have eaten way more than that if i didnt stop and think aobut it first . Plus i said no to the fried ice cream stuff. And i still havnt had a soda wich is a big goal for me. My pants are starting to become somewat loose. I have big thighs though so my waist might be lossing but my thighs are still big but i did notices there is a littel bit more room i nthe thighs not as much as in my waist but some. I dont wana weight myself till next wensday though. And on the 30th im going into boston with a group of friends after school for a billy joel concert and im pretty excited about it. I told my self if i do good with my food the time leading up to the conncert then when we go out to eat i can have something other than like a salad. Not like over eat on fries and grease but a littel grease lol just something to motivate me i guees? This week is mid terms and im stressing out about it and i jsut want to eat poptarts i dotn know why . I dont even like poptarts or i dont think i do i dont know its weird
