This morning i woke up had green tea and watched infomercials with my dad then i fell aslep again. I woke up and put a chicken patty in the toster oven and toasted some wheat bread and put like a tabel spoon of mayo on it but it was not good so i ate like 2 bites then threw it away and made like maybe a cup of pasta with some left over meat sauce mymom made for lunch yesterday and i had 2 meatballs. my mom mkaes the best meatballs from scratch. mm. I did the eliptical and burned 70 calories but im gana go back on in a tidge bit
