I am now a homeowner! Or rather a condo owner. *g*

I still can't believe it!! *flails*

And I'm just glad I found anything in my price range! The condo/loft business is insane! It is a little smaller then what I have now... but, it'll be mine and the amenities are to die for. Hee.

We still need the inspection and more paperwork, but come August, I shall have my own place!
