Great chapter! I like the tense emotions between Nathan and Peter, from the caring to the anger...Nathan trying to keep his brother at bay but also recognizing that something is wrong (I'm glad for Peter's admission) and wanting to help.

What I loved most about the Mohinder/Sylar/Claire scenes was Claire. Honestly I think her reaction is exactly how I would have reacted which made it all the more amusing to read...she should look away because it's such a personal moment but they're also really hot (hello Mohinder in just pajama bottoms) AND it's the gratification of finally seeing them together, intimately...such a long time coming.

Love the intense concern over Sylar having the virus and what to do about that...it certainly adds that element of the scarily unknown to their happiness.

And Claire totally did what I would have done! I just love the scene all together.

I totally would have been acting as Claire had in her position...unconscious step forward most certainly! This was a very intriguing chapter, and I really really hope Mohinder can keep Sylar from dying of the virus...

Also...on a spelling note close should be closed when used like 'closed his eyes'.
