Ohno never blame Nino for anything. The man feels frustrated. Of course he will. He was cheated 3 times, including him. but God only knows the truth.
He didn’t do that. Not even once he cheated the man. He doesn’t even have any intention to do so. He was frame. Even he can make a guess on who’s plotting that, he refuse to say anything.
He never give up to call the younger man to explain everything, but none of his calls make through. Not even once he mail was replied by the younger man.
“you know, my son, he was cheated twice,” his thought was interrupted by the voice of the man infront him. Nino father.
“I always thought that he won’t fall in love again, not after everything happened last time. but then, I was wrong. And I keep wondering, why is it you?”
Ohno watches as the older man take a sip from his cup while he keep being silent.
“I don’t have any problem if he wants to love a man. Before, I objected. But I think if it brings happiness to him, why not?”
Ohno keeps silent on his seat.
“the things is, I’m not sure if you really him or just after his money?”
“I-“
“of course you won’t admit you’re after his money, don’t you?”
“I’M NOT AFTER YOUR FAMILY FORTUNE, NINOMIYA-SAN!” he snaps, annoyed by the constant cutting by the older man.
He then lost his words after seeing the older man smirks.
“prove it then,”
Ohno fell silent. How is it he supposed to prove it?
The man stands up, heading to the window of his office. There’s no one breaks the silent before the older man begin to talk again.
“they say arts always shows the person real objectives. Aren’t it?” Ohno didn’t replies. The older man then went back to his table, opening the drawer before throwing a pamphlet towards the artist.
“Join the competition. If you win, I’ll give you everything. Money, arts studio, maybe I can even support your career. Your arts look promising. but stay away from my son. And if you lose..”
“No,” Ohno cuts him. “No,”
“you’re not joining the competition?”
“I will. But if I win, I don’t need all that. I’m not after your money. I told you so. I’m after your son. So if I win, I want him. not anything else,”
The older man smirks fade.
“you won’t regret?” he provoked.
“I won’t,”
“but what if you lose?”
Here comes the toughest part for him to answer.
“I’ll try my best to win,”
“stay away from my son if you lose,”
Ohno didin’t say a word. He straightly leaves the office.

“Dear contestants, your time is up. Please send your drawing to the committee table,”
The announcement ends whatever thought he has in his mind. He looks at his finished drawing. For a while he keeps staring the portrait, traces his fingers along the drawing imagining he’s doing to his beloved one.
He sighs once, before stand up from his place, handing his drawing to the committee.

“I see you joining,” a voice from behind stops him from walking away from the place. Slowly he turns around. The man he misses so much is standing in front him. he wants to run towards the guy, but thinking the guy must have not forgive him for what happened last time, he stops.
He doesn’t wants to leave. He wants to stay, so that he’s near to the man. But then he can’t. the thought of he will never win the competition conquer him. it hurts him thinking about it.
“I’m leaving,” he says, trying to walk away from the younger man.
“why did you cheated on me, oh-chan?”
“I didn’t cheated on you, Kazunari. You know the truth, you’re just denying it,”
“if you don’t why did you do that?”
Ohno sighs.
“you always call me stupid, aren’t you? but I think you’re might be stupid than me. think logically. If I wanna cheated on you, why will I call you on the first place. Rather than letting you know, I’ll keep it silent to me. i will keep it secret because i know, if you know about it. you'll leave me. i didn't do it. open your eyes, kazu,”
The last sentences sounds so soft to Nino.
“I’m leaving. I’m not gonna win anyway,”
Nino just watches the artist leaves. It takes him a few moments to get back to reality.
He went to the committee tables, reaching one of the committee members.
“I need to see all the drawing,” he says.
And there is one that definitely catches his attention.
“The one that I dream the most” is the title of the drawing, and it was his portrait. Drawn by Ohno Satoshi.

He knows he won’t win. But deep inside his heart, he hope he will. Losing the competition, he knows he won’t get any more chance to love the man again.
“I shouldn’t make that bet with his father,” Ohno monologue by himself.
He was about to open his second can of beer when suddenly his door bell ringing. He walks lazily to his door, open it to reveal the gamer standing infront of his apartment.
“What-“Nino didn’t wait for him to invite him in. instead, he walks in, starts to analyze the house.
“Still messy as ever. Hasn’t I told you to keep your house tidy and clean,”
Ohno didn’t answer it. He walks back to the kitchen, open his refrigerator, taking out a can of beer before went back to the living rrom, handing the gamer the can.
“Why are you here?” he asks as he watching the gamer take his drink.
“nothing special. Just visiting you,”
Not that he’s not satisfied with Nino’s answer. But he knows Nino. He was his lover after all. Nino won’t be here for nothing. There must be something!
“Did I win?” Ohno asks again, still wondering the purposes of the younger man coming to his house.
“Of course not. You’re an amature,” Nino replied, heading to the couch, taking his seat there.
“Oh…” Ohno replied soft. Deep inside him feels a little disappointed, maybe he was hoping for miracle to happen. But of course there’s none. “yappari, me and him is impossible,” he thought.
Somehow he sighs.
“That sounds heavy,” Nino speaks after a while.
“Why are you here? If you want to humiliate me..”
“When did I ever humiliate you Oh-chan?”
Silent.
“I lost, Ninomiya. I lost the competition. I place a bet with your father, telling him..”
“That you’ll have me if you win?” Nino cuts him. “I know everything, Oh-chan,”
“So why are you here?”
The gamer smirks hearing the older one questions. Slowly he stands, making his waytowards the older man.
“Because you win my heart,”
For a moment, Ohno was in dazed. The man is trying to play with him, is what Ohno thought. But then, the younger one lean in, dropping a kiss on his lips.
“Stop, kazu,” he pushes the younger man. “I lost, remember?”
“So?”
“I can’t have you! Your father won’t allow it!”
Nino makes a tsk sound.
“When it comes to my own heart, own feeling, why is it the result of the competition to be consider? Yes you lose. That can’t be helped. But you win my heart. You prove it you want me. Arts always shows the person real objectives, isn’t it?”
“But…”
“No but, Oh-chan. I miss you damn much! Let me kiss you,”
Again the younger man lean in crushes their lips together.
Ohno hesitates at first. He refuses to response. But the younger man knows better. He being so consistence, causing the older man to give up, and finally responding to the kiss.
Ohno could feel that Nino is smirking along the kisses. But he ignores it. He brought his hand towards the younger’s nape deepening the kiss.
They didn’t stop as Nino pushes him towards his bedroom.

“Did you know you were disqualified?” Nino asks as both of them staring to the ceiling hands linking together.
“eh? Why?”
“The theme is scenery, Oh-chan. yet you draw me. Totally out of topic,” Nino laughs seeing the older man pouts. He drops a kiss on the older man pouting lips, before hugging him close.
“So I’m the biggest loser here?”
“Yup,”
“mou.. you shouldn’t be that harsh you know, agreeing what I was saying,”
Nino laughs.
“But…” Nino pauses, smiling to his partner. “Isn’t it OK to finish the last as long as you get the grand price?”
Ohno laughs.
“Definitely fine. So, can I use my grand price again?” Nino smacks his head hard.

OMAKE
From the watching room, he watches the peoples visiting his art exhibition. His ‘Freestyle’ theme receives a lot of good responses from the visitors and also the art critics.
Somehow he glad.
A soft knock on the watching room door causing him to turn to take a look at it. He let out a soft “come in” before a staff walks in with a familiar face into the room.
“Ninomiya-san,” He bows a little towards the older man. The older man greets him with a smile.
He assures the staff that everything is fine, before he close back the door leaving him and the old man inside the watching room.
“It is well receives I see?” Ohno shrugs.
“I guess so,” he pauses, biting his lips. “Thanks to you,”
Nino’s father laughs.
“I told you before. Your arts look promising? I don’t mind invest in something that I’m sure will succeed,”
Ohno doesn’t replies to him. But he knows the young man sure feels grateful. Way too grateful. He has a successful life now. And not to mention, a perfect life partner. At least from his eyes perspective.
“when are you going to marry my son?”
“EH???” if he is drinking, ohno sure he’ll choke on his drink. He tries to find any sense of joking on the older man’s face, but he sees none. The man is serious.
“But… it’s not legal in Japan,” he says, stutters.
“Go somewhere that legally accept it then. I’m serious. I’m not joking.”
“you fine with this?”
He chuckles.
“it’s my son happiness, why not?”
For a moment, Ohno was in confused state. He watched the older man who’s watching in amuse looking at the exhibition that day.
Ohno could say that Nino was his savior when the next minute, he heard a knock and Nino appear behind the door with a black suit.
He could see shock on Nino’s face when he sees his father in the room, but the gamer adapt to the situation fast. He put a smile on his face greeting his father.
They speak for a while, maybe about the company that he finally took over, before Nino’s father decides to leave both of them inside the room. Before he reaches the door, he turns to look at the artist, reminding him.
“Tell me when you’re ready to leave,” with his last word, he leaves the room.
“Leave to where?” Nino asks.
“Somewhere,” he answered once he manages to think.
“Another exhibition?” Nino asks this time pouting.
“No,” Ohno turns to look at his lover. “To marry you,”
He hears Nino laughs. Somehow it gives him a healing power. But he can’t help to laughs too when he sees Nino blushing.
