just to give you guys a piece of my advice on choosing your airline.
the attitude and service of their staff that was given to us is like s.h.i.t!
especially the female staff that serve us for refunding.
she even stood up from her seat and trying to act like a ah lian okayy.
she asked us 'SO WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO NOW? TO CANCEL ALL OR WHAT?!'
and i was like WTF IS THIS? TRYING TO GIVE US HER FUCKIN' ATTITUDE! >=[
ain't them suppose to be the one consoling us, whose flight was cancelled?!!
what comes to worse is that my clique and i still need to top up for the remaining amounts for our Feb air tickets!!
it's like totally bullshit okayy!

it's not as if WE CANCELLED THE FLIGHT OR WHAT!
