I had such an amazing Shabbos.
Amy, Eliana and I went to the Hertiage House in the old city(my home away from home now). Chaya, the im biet, invited us to dinner in the future...and Shoshana, a Madricha, was so sweet. She and I had some great conversations about yiddishkeit and learning.
Friday night we davened at the Kotel...and who did I see?
Leila Deshevsky and Talia (Vogel) Forer! How awesome!!??
Talia goes back with her husband on Monday to the states...HUSBAND? HOW? So happy for her...
Then meal placements... we went to the Shalass's, a Chabad family...omg this Rabbi was amazing. He may have been talking to speficially one person, but you felt he was talking to you. He explained our names and hebrew B-day...Bracha is actualizing potential....Chana...from Chen, meaning gracious.
So I therefore use my grace to influce others into actualizing my potential by actualizing my own...
He had so many amazing things to say. I can't wait to go back.
Saturday we went to Yehudis Govshevskys(?) and had a great meal. And it was so nice.
I've decided I want to learn Chassidut..it's so fascinating...so what I want.
I gotta get to class...
Classes are...well I started them last week and I feel rather stressed...Things should be ok though..
I need more Torah learning though...Tonight I have about 3 hours of learning..yay!
