athletic bilbao v. villareal

i only managed to see the tail end of this game. santi's free kick was lovely. would have liked to have seen, but i hear llorente was on point.

real madrid v. xerez

less commentary, more wibbling and gasping in front of the screen.

hoshit.

51seconds gooooooooooooal di cristiano ronaldo!!

way to make the goalkeeper work boys. but i want a point next time!!

21' ohsergiothatwasit!!! how dare you do your job and deny him this point!!

75' goooooooal di ronaldo!

79' goooooooooooooooooooooooooal di guti1!! and i may have had a tear. honest to god love them man!!!

82' gooooooal di benzema!

*squishes marcello!!* i love you and your sportsmanship!!! (even the sometimes when it's not so sportsman like)

89'!!!! gooooooooooooal di vnr!!!!!!! and it was so pretty!!!! welcome back.

found it to be a good showing over all. set pieces looked better, much more aggressive and able to regain possession often. um. i see two who need to work on precision because, despite their other more noticeable contributions, it was not there for them and it was glaringly obvious to a newb like me. i think there was a much stronger showing in the defense.

sergio is back!

kaka's haircut appears to have youthened him further. just. how? what fountain is he sipping from?!

iker! is still rolling his eyes at his teammates and forcefully denying them his patience. he had a bit more of a workout this date.

sergiooo!

my indifference/empathy for cristiano ronaldo has blossomed into something i find embarrassing. i blame the used car salesman in him.

albiol was wonderful! as was garay! good job!

to continue the level of shallowness found in previous posts, i will say that iker needs to lose the underarmor and we proudly stand by the following statement: we have the best looking team on the pitch. and i mean this on all levels. but if you'd like to document your dissent (or agreement) in the comments, know that i only accept pictorial evidence.
