I am so sick of all this. I am trying to help out in my little way but all I see on TV and on FB is so sad, heart wrenching at the same time there's the sickening thought of people taking advantage, then there's the frustration of the vicious cycle and finally this helplessness that even though I am helping help is really not going to those who

I sent to red cross and to folks who will directly give the money to victims na lang. WTF is that tax on donations crap di ba?? Para hindi ako mapikon tinitignan ko ulit yung mga taong kelangan ng tulong.

I heard from a friend who directly went to Provident Village on her own. She saw the relief goods that she packed while at Whitespace. Halos one instant noodle cup lang natira per bag, so she feels so bad having "wasted" her time packing for nothing. Ano ba yan. KAKAASAR! I want to help pero kung ganun lang wag na. I'll just wait till I go on my soup kitchen trip nalang again.

there are a few folks posting on blogs who are doing the relief work directly, sa kanila ako nagbigay. sadly the most direct option for me was to send to my cousins whose houses got inundated. :(
