This weekend = GUH!
Friday night football... :( we lost to Chancellor. These boys need a fire lit under their butts to get them moving and motivated again. They have the talent!! They are good! If this is the way we play against a non district AA team... I don't even want to think about what the fellow AAA games are going to be like.
I went shopping with my mommy on Saturday! Found my Homecoming dress, and am really super excited about it! :) Saturday night church sounded amazing! We did some new songs that I like, and Zach played his guitar along with vocally accompanying us... *melt* it has been a good long while since I've heard a decent male singing voice.
Choir tonight.. :( GAG ME! All that we've been doing so far this year is Junaleska music that they did this year, and it is getting more then slightly annoying besides the fact that I HATE the songs. She treats the kids that went this year like they are automatically better singers than the rest of us 'regulars' and she really needs to get over that CRAPPY attitude. The song that we started working on this week and must have ready for next sunday isn't all that wonderful, and when we were in the Sanctuary practicing... I couldn't hardly hear myself breathe let alone sing! Bill had the stupid keyboard up so bloody loud! And while I really do like rhythm and having percussion music when we play.. the boys were WAY too loud about it and would totally cover up the singers half of the song! :( >:O I don't like choir at the moment...!
Youth tonight was a progressive dinner for the Road Trip, had I known what it was I probably would have stayed home and done my school work for tomorrow. Some of the people, especially adults this year are slowly starting to grate on my nerves with things that I've never noticed before. The other youth, especially freshmen age tonight were being really mean and brutal and just plain old RUDE to everyone! Maybe that is the thing to do now, show just how mean you can pretend to be, but it is getting old and fast. :( Hopefully it was just tonight and I won't fall into a youth groupless funk.
The whole having no friends there has totally held true though. One person that I thought I could hang out with all year (Who said she would be there for me) has decided that she doesn't want to come anymore. And another friend was sucked up by a group of kids that are her age ( a year younger than me) which wouldn't bother me as much if they didn't talk about all riding in the car together and sectioning off groups when I am sitting in the middle of them and am not included (as I stupidly realize this a few mintutes later as I recount the group) what poo!
I have a Chapter 6 Ap Bio test tomorrow on Metabolism... and have no idea what I'm talking about. My teacher is stupid and hasn't taught us a SINGLE THING! It is his fault that I'm going to fail! The only happy thing about that class is that Scheible should be coming back next monday. I have to re-read Everyman for English, but if I don't finish then it won't be a catastrophe cause I had to act it out in drama a few years ago and know the story backwards and forwards. The thing that I have to have to do tonight is re-write a paragraph for English to fix one of my essays that we just turned in.
