Supernatural Spoilers

Well today, guess what it did? It rained. Again. Guess what it is going to do tomorrow? Rain. Again. I can't take it anymore. The only bright spot in the day was when I discovered that they are releasing sides for season two of Supernatural.

Episode Title: "In My Time Of Dying"

Roles:

Wounded Man
Truck Driver
Tessa
Perky Woman
Orderly
Nurse
Janitor
EMT/Another EMT/3rd EMT
Bobby Singer
Blonde Nurse
Attending Doctor
Doctor

These are all the parts that are going to be cast for the season two opener. I was beyond excited when I read this, because it was finally proof that the accident happened. With all these medical related roles, I knew it had to be proof that the accident was not Sam's vision. I was also on the edge of my seat praying that these sides would be released on the site I belong to. They were originally on a pay site that I don't have access too.

Later in the day, after checking the site like a madwoman on a mission, my prayers were answered. The site I belong to only had sides available for one role, Tessa, but it was 14 pages.

Here's a summary of the sides:

Dean is fighting for his life. Sam seems to be doing okay. At one point John is still in a hospital bed, so he must have sustained some injuries, but not as bad as Dean's.

Dean is stuck between life and death. He is looking for something that is trying to kill other patients, as well as him. He meets a girl named Tessa who he believes to be in the same situation as him. However, she is some sort of a reaper (the thing Dean was looking for) who is there to convince Dean it is his time. She alters his perception and makes Dean believe she is a girl fighting for her life. Dean actually sees her in a hospital bed with her mother crying over her, but it isn't real. She also tells Dean that he can never return to his body. He can either go with her or be a wandering spirit forever. Tessa refers to it as being like the things he hunts.

Sam tells his dad that he can sense Dean is there. He says, "I mean it just felt like... Dean. Like he was there, just out of eye shot. I don't know, maybe it's my psychic thing?" John also tells Sam, "I know you don't believe me, but you boys are the most important things in my life." I was always sort of torn about John. I liked him but I did feel like he needed a wake up call. Reading this does make me feel a bit better about him.

My favorite part of the script is when Sam is reading the journal trying to find some way to help Dean. Dean says, "Thanks for not giving up on me Sammy." Awwwwwww

The script mentions a Ouija board, so I think at one point they are using it to talk to Dean. I think it would be cool if Sam can actually talk to Dean's "ghost", like only Sam can see him. I don't think he can though. Sam cries out to Dean in desperation. He says, "Dean. You gotta hold on. You can't go. Not now. We were just starting to be brothers again. Can you hear me?" That is definitely going to be a heartbreaking moment. It's so sweet.

However Dean can't hear him, because he is trying to tell Tessa it isn't his time. He says, "Please. My brother could die without me." This is going to be an episode full of brotherly moments. I do love that aspect of it. Meanwhile, John tries to make a deal with the demon aka The Janitor. My guess is the demon is now possessing the hospital's janitor. John offers the Colt for Dean's life. The demon says he wants something more. I am not sure what it is, but I know he wants Sam. I think it would have been awesome if Sam tried to give himself over to the demon to save Dean. I doubt that happens though. I'm thinking maybe the demon wants John instead.

Dean is with Tessa again and the lights start flickering, just like they always do when the demon is around. The black demon smoke appears and possesses Tessa. The demon, in the form of Tessa, puts his hand on Dean's head. He says, "Today's your lucky day, kid." The next scene is Dean suddenly waking up and trying to pull the tube from his throat. Sam is there with him. That's how the sides end.

Now I can't help but be a bit disappointed. I would have liked to see it somewhat in reverse, like Sam being in the coma. How come Dean has to always be the one in the hospital, with Sam being strong for him? I'm hoping maybe someday I'll get to see Dean have a bedside vigil with Sam. I'd like to see Dean break down, thinking he might lose his little brother. I hope us fans of hurt Sammy get to see a little glimpse of Sam being in the hospital too. Throw us a bone Kripke! I just hope they don't completely gloss over Sam's injuries. I mean, he can't be completely fine after all that happened to him during "Devil's Trap".

I'm wondering what this shady deal is that John made with the demon. I wonder if John does indeed die in this episode to save Dean. I'm thinking maybe the demon wants Sam's powers or something too. I'm pretty sure that he was targeted for his powers as a child. Maybe he tells John that he can extract the powers without hurting Sam. I noticed on the sides' site too, that instead of posting the lines The Janitor says, they just want the actor to read John's lines from Devil's Trap. The writers must not want the deal that goes down between John and the demon to get out. Maybe the viewers won't even get to see the deal John makes. John will disappear again, and we'll be left to wonder.

I posted almost this exact same post elsewhere, but I just had a thought. Maybe the whole thing was Sam's vision. Perhaps Sam does prevent the Impala from being hit by the truck. I know it has a role cast for the truck driver, but maybe Sam swerves out of the way. The truck driver crashes but is uninjured. The demon leaves the truck driver and then the truck driver gets help for John who was shot, and Dean. It would explain why Sam seems fine, and his dad is pretty much okay too.

These spoilers have my head spinning now. I just wished they released more sides so I could see what the deal is.

I made this yesterday too.

I guess it does show how much of a Sammygirl I really am. I do love Dean though, I really do but

Damn it if I didn't want Dean to have a bedside vigil with Sam!
