my very very exciting weekend
friday night, we left for ft myers...
but not at the normal time of the day when ppl leave...no, we decide to leave the house at 11-ish.
11 + 2 hr drive = great times. my mom and i bonded over sleepiness. she was veering all over the road...well not really..she was just having difficulties staying within the lines, thas all.
we get there and we say hi to everyone and then we realize basies not there...so we get a bit upset and beat my cousin up.
now for the fun part...
the next day, we hadda go out to the football field up there to sell rib sandwiches cuz my dad makes some damn good ribs.
we spent the whole day there...we got there at 11 ish and left at 10 that night...
and...omg!!! at one point, close to the end of all the games, we saw everyone running towards the entrance. then like....4-5 mins later, we saw everyone scattering. like u know in the movies when ppl are just running with no kind of purpose other than to get the hell away from something...like that.
that was the funniest thing ever.
and then later on, my cousins baby mama was like...yea i was over there and then all of a sudden ppl were running towards me and i didnt know why they were running, but i figgered, there must be a reason so i started running too.
this made me laugh hysterically
so anyway...then today, we take my gma to breakfast cuz she wanted to go and shes the queen of the world. this was at 8 am. after goin to bed at 1 something after bein in the hot ass sun over a grill with three million ppl around me asking for sandwiches.
needless to say, i slept every chance i got
homecoming is saturday and im ridiculously excited. i kno how im gettin there, i kno how my hair will be, i kno what im wearin, AND i have a date....im quite the happy camper guys
