How do we reproduce the error? Well, when a mummy error and a daddy error love each other *very* much they get together and have a baby error! And then that baby error grows up into whatever the hell is going on. Unfortunately, this type of error doesn't mate in captivity and is very private...so for all we know they had a baby error last week and if you turn around very quickly it will eat your face.
