This was so sweet, and I loved how the Pgymalion tale softly figures in the story. Other than the fact that it was Patricia who proposed marriage, it's a perfectly believable tale from a time when society was overly concerned with the silliest things.

(I think I would have loved to marry Oswald too, though I don't think I could've changed him as much as Patricia was able to.)

Yes, Patricia proposing is a bit unrealistic in the given society, isn't it? ^_^;; The story I based it on kind of necessitated it, but I wish I could have made the setup more plausible. I'm glad the rest of the story sounds believable though, because I did very little research and went by on genre conventions for the most part. Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.

That was beautiful. ;-; I loved the ending and how the Pygmalion story was used as a central feature.

I liked very much. xD I definitely like Patricia. The tie-in with regency worked really well.

Now only if I could remember the original ondal story...
