Love your writing, as always. This one's pretty in a quiet, delicate sort of way. Which is odd, given some of the macabre imagery, but then again, the original Grimms' fairytales have that atmosphere too. Just that yours has a bit more pretty and less gore ^^

It sounds like a mixture of Sindbad, The Six Swans, It's perfectly true, The red shoes, and some other stories I can't put my finger on right now. D: Very chilling how easily she can tell her story. Nice job. :D
