Well, went in for car appointment. Why is it that they always find something else wrong?
Good: Dealership about five miles from the office...and I knew where.
Good: unbelievably, the dealership was the cheapest place in town to get the job done(had to have a gasket replaced).
Bad: Out 267 and some change bucks.
Good: didn't just replace gasket but did entire transmission service in one and a half hours...as I was there!
Bad: Will soon need to replace timing belt (that time of vehicle life): $365
Good: includes rental car for the day
Bad: my paycheck hadn't cleared the bank yet, so my check card was declined, and as I had no idea how long I had to leave my car... I had cleaned it out. Including the emergency checkbook.
Good: They drove me to my office and back so I could get said checkbook.
To top off all this agrivation, when I got home I noticed that the place I got my armour plates sent me the wrong colour lacing...
Yeah its trivial, but it just didn't help.
