Roll up the rim to lawsuit The quick summary of this is that a young girl found a Tim Horton's cup at school...she couldn't open it...and got her friend to help. The rim = Rav4 winner; the two girls went to the office. The parent of the original finder offered the parents of the helper girl some of the proceeds from the sale; the other parents wanted 50% and so the parents of the finder said "we'll give you nothing". First lawsuit begins. Now...a guy is claiming that he was the original owner of the cup...and wants a DNA test done.
Not that the DNA would have degraded with all of the handling...nope, a perfectly good specimen.

Cheap Escaflowne...this box set tempts me a lot!
As for me...things are OK...been playing some Need for Speed Underground 2 (damn Impreza isn't as stable as my Audi TT at fast speeds...but I think I'll try and use the next upgrade to improve my Impreza). I finished watching Maria-sama ga Miteru--Spring today...which might be contributing to my mood.
