So over the weekend if you drove around the Elizabeth area you might have seen me walking around aimlessly bumping my head to various awful musics that I enjoy. So lets recap!
Friday: Ate some wonderful Vietnamese food with my Dad and Step-mom. Later I walked up to The Manor and caught a showing of
Ponyo, which was fantastic. I really enjoyed seeing something so well animated and child-friendly before my late night walk back to the house.
Saturday: I woke up early meaning to exercise, but instead of jogging I decided I wanted to walk up to John's Country Kitchen for breakfast. Returning home, I started reading more of
The Idiot. It was nice out on my front porch, but then my brother and his girlfriend managed to tempt me into big breakfast #2 at the Original Pancake house. I got "the itis" bad and slept through the early afternoon. I then walked up town and hung around the main library for a bit looking through books on Shiva and other things. I went back home, stretched, bathed, and went to the pizza place for a bite. Later that evening I eventually made my way to Return of the Bats, but only stayed briefly. My legs and feet were tired and I didn't feel like dancing. I also wasn't really interested in drinking or smoking so I left after only an hour of vague socializing...
Sunday: I decided to let the legs rest. I ate lunch with mom, watched a bunch of The Wire and went to class in the evening. Really not that much to report. Oh yeah and I read some more...
Over the weekend I kept falling into a Charlie Manson ranting voice, and began to amuse myself repeatedly by imagining him texting his "shorties" on a cell phone...
