i HATE this holiday...
if not only for the simple fact that the desk receives copious amounts of heart-wrapped packages and nauseating purple, pink and red cards. our mail and package quota is FAR exceeded for the 3 or 4 days leading up to and the day itself. no one likes to sort extra mail.
