Very Interesting....
....how i was informed that there was a Narc among us at work.....see, three people from my crew were applying for the open supervisor's position.....one of these three (we will call him Mr. X) has been running his mouth on the side to management and asking for the authority to Hire/Fire at Will in receiving without question.....now Wal-Mart wouldn't allow this, since it doesn't go along with their policy.....but if this certain person gets the supervisor's position, then i have been told to watch my back.....apparently, i was "almost" written up along with another associate (but i have no clue for what or when)....then Mr. X mentioned to management that i should be removed from receiving b/c my availability was so sporadic....i consider all the guys on the crew to be my friends and i have never had a run-in with any of them - so for this person to turn on me is very confusing....but the rest of the crew has informed me that if this person comes to power and tries to do something to me that they will stand in Revolt against Mr. X and make sure that his life is a living hell and that he is fired......nice to know that i still have a few friends at work....
....i have given 5 years of my life to a Company that doesn't give a Rat's Ass about me, though they would preach otherwise.....i only have about 5 or 6 more months at the most there......i would hate to have to go Kung-Fu on some people and bring the place crumbling....so who's with me?
