Summary: Inoo Kei is a young criminal defense attorney, that was framed up and accused to have helped the mafia boss, Yaotome Hikaru. And this had marked the end of her career even before it started but Yabu Kota, a fine young attorney like she is and the prime minister's youngest son, helped her up to defend herself and create her name. She soon found herself in love with Yabu Kota, and their selves in an affair. And the relationship ended in a manner that had let her running out of Yabu's life, with an child that he was ignorant about. And years have passed, she was under Yaotome Hikaru possession because he had saved her child. Things became more complicated as Yaotome Hikaru found out her affair with Yabu Kota years before and he was ready to kill them both.

Chapter 11
It was mid November and it was starting to get cold. "I will be taking a leave of absence" Inoo Kei announced before adjourning the meeting. "I will be gone for the next six months." and everybody was murmuring.
"Will you be in touch?" somebody asked
"No, I will not. I'm leaving by the end of the week." she answered and the meeting was over.
So that was why she finished all her work and did not accept any clients further than that week.
It was hard to leave her unit and sell it to others. It was the place she shared with Kota, his stuffs were still there. His clothes, his shoes, even his shaving kit. It was filled with wonderful memories, every corner of it. But..she wouldn't want to live that much in the past. She could not assure herself an immediate flip, but she will move slowly and surely.
She bought a house within Tokyo's boundary, it was in a private subdivision. She saw the pamphlet one day and decided to take a look. It was an american-inspired area. The house was two storey and was big enough for an eight member family, but that should just be enough for her and her baby. The owner was okay with floor plan changes but not the exterior.
Thus, Kei reconstructed the floor plan. The six rooms upstairs became three. The biggest was her bedroom and had a door connecting to her baby's bedroom. And a playroom. Downstairs, she expanded the other room's space planning it as her office, and the smaller one, the study area. She made sure that wherever she stood she would hear everything.
When the construction was done, she was satisfied. She busied herself every day as she didn't want to have time to think about Kota. She bought furnitures, decorated the house and finally she was done mid January. She left her baby's room unfurnished, she'd have him choose what he wanted.
She stopped watching TV, reading newspapers, and listening to radio. She bought another phone as she turned the old one off. She expected no calls as it was only there for emergency. And the only person who knew where she lived was Takaki Yuya, and he was sworn to secrecy.
Every two weeks she would drive to the town to get her daily check-up, and would go shopping. It was only until the infant cabinet was full and exploding that she stopped buying unisex clothes. The playroom was half crowded with toys already but there were alot to buy, she wanted to let him play everything. And it was when Takaki came to visit her bringing five gifts, that she never saw that she stopped.
"Wow, if he had to play with all these. In a child's pace, he's already ten when he finishes." he commented seeing the jungle of toys. "But your house is beautiful" he said
"Thanks" she whispered
She ate healthy food and drank more milk than she wanted. The vitamins too. And ever since she became conscious of her health, her daily pains lessened and the doctor would always be impressed.
She started buying maternity clothes. Just a few of them, a dozen of sleepwears, daily, and casual. She chose those that she could still use even after giving birth.
"Wow, last week it was a volley ball, now a hot air" Takaki chuckled. And he ranted on about his amusement on how three days made a difference.
"Of course" and she was a proud one. Her belly was growing progressively and Takaki's appearance every now and then made her feel better. But what was up with him? Why would he be spending his daysoff with a big fat lady?
"And you're too arrogant for this bony arm"
And she was tearing up. Feeling insulted. One moment she was being complicated for growing her stomach and she was happy because it meant she's successful in gaining weight and then the next one her boniness was pointed out. She'd been struggling!
"Holy- god..oh god Kei I'm sorry. Please don't cry. You're turning ugl-" and she was crying again.
This is her favorite part. When she's upset, he'd do anything to make her laugh again. Geez, she was getting upset on purpose already, she liked seeing how idiotic he looks like whenever he's guilty of making her cry.

A/N: DOUBLE UPDATE TODAY! YEAH! Because I read Chapter 11 and thought that it was tooo boring to be read and it ain't worth the wait for 24 hours... D: And we're giving the spotlight to TakaNoo for now!
Anyways, yeah, rushed things up for her pregnancy, because I just felt like it...tons of my friends had been saying that the story progress is good, but they;re my friends so they'll never say that it's borrrriiiiinnnnnggg the hell out of em. But anyways...here it goes! The twists and all those wanted stuff you guys have been waiting for would be coming....SOON.

PSS: I heard Yabu's version of My Heart Will Go On and I am speechless.
