does anyone know of any appartment complexes in Dallas that either go easy on people with bad credit or don't do credit checks at all?
According to the leasing manager at The Reflections on Highpoint, I'm a felon, and they don't lease to felons.
A) I've never had a felony charge
B) I know for a fact that they have felons living on thier property. THE LEASING AGENT TOLD US HER BOYFRIEND IS A FELON. Plus, there's a lot of Katrina people living there. Oh, and don't forget about the Big Tuck/TumTum van that's sitting out there too... yeah, I'm sure there isn't a SINGLE felon living there... let a lone a guy with a class b misdemeanor for posession of marijuana from 8 (EIGHT) years ago.
Bullshit. pure and utter bullshit. I'd highly suggest against looking at this appartment complex.
Dunno what I'm gonna do about this whole "shelter" thing.
It's really stressng me out... which makes me want to eat more... which leads to my massive wieght gain... which leads to heartburn and breathing problems... which leads to losing sleep.... which leads to being tired... which leads to being cranky and bitchy and whiny. :(
