Well, I've been looking at some large (two-story) 3-bedrooms recently--there's one on Jones and one on Regent. The one on Jones is 695, the one on Regent is 595.
If you'd be willing to go in together, I'd do that. I donno if you were wedded to the particular one you mentioned.
