Good Lord! How much plainer can he make it without tattooing it on her forehead? Maybe if he and Ianto had sex on his desk with the door open and let her watch she'd get the picture. Then again, if telling her to leave the door open, that he's seeing someone wonderful and that he doesn't want to lose her as a secretary, but nothing can happen didn't get through to her, that probably wouldn't either.

Bring on the dinner date at Giovanni's. I can't wait to see her face when she sees Jack and Ianto there together. Also can't wait for hot weather and shirtless men in hard hats. Oh, yeah! Sweet dreams for me.
