.... But.... the new series of Dr Who seems to be saying "time can be rewritten" and "time IS being rewritten" A LOT! Let's hope what they are REALLY saying is.... we are rewriting the god awful Torchwood Children of Earth and bringing back our beloved Ianto Jones and our Happy Peppy Captain Jack!
