Sorry this is a day late, everyone. >.< Ugh...had a busy weekend and for some reason I thought the first was today. :P
With that said, it's time to congratulate our "Beach" challenge winner,
smoshluva!!!! [= Everyone give her a hard round of applause! She just won the awesomely cool
Milky Milkshake shirt! Congrats, congrats, congrats!
(By the way, I couldn't send her a message because of her security settings, so if someone could get in touch with her via skype or whatever and tell her she won and to message me immediately, that would be awesome. Thanks!)
There were a lot of excellent entries and I just want to thank everyone for participating. Keep up the great work everyone! [=
Now on to the new challenge. This is something I've had "on the back burner" for quite a while but I figured we could all use a little bit of a challenge. :P It's called the "Hours, Days, Weeks" challenge. Basically, an emphasis on time. It sounds difficult, right? WRONG! What you do with that "time", is completely up to you! Maybe Ian is counting down the days until Anthony comes out of the closet? Maybe Anthony is counting the weeks he's been in love with Ian? Maybe hours are ticking away while Ian is married to someone he doesn't love and he wants to tell Anthony he is in love with him so bad! Maybe Ian and Anthony are time-travelers trying to save the world in a specific amount of time?! Not so bad...right?
Well, if you are confuzzled about any of the details...or need some help understanding, feel free to message me and I'll try to help you out. ;) As always, you DON'T have to write a fic...you can write poetry, draw a pic, manipulate a photo...whatever artistic medium you can get your hands on, you can use for this challenge. [= This month's prize is a double whammy of sorts:
Awesome shorts and
Awesome shirt!! Seriously, that's what they're called (click the link to see). You can pick your size when you win, so no worries about the items not fitting. Also...you can participate in the contest WITHOUT wanting a prize; that's perfectly fine.
If you do want a prize, however, you must be 18 years old OR have a parent or guardian's permission to enter!! [= For a complete list of Monthly Challenge rules, check out
THIS LINK. Use the tag, "monthly challenge: hours-days-weeks" for your entry or it WON'T count and you won't be selected to win. I use the tag to gather the entries, put all the user names who are eligible into a hat, and then pull out a random name, so anyone can win. [=

Have a great July everyone!!! [=
