I was in Merced, yet again. While there I went to the Hmong grocery store. I now have a frozen package of salted, fried grasshoppers. I just don't know how they should be served. My searches on the internet have come up with some vague recipes that are most jewish in origin with a few asian ones--mostly as snacks or stir fry. We'll see how they are. I just just enough to experiment with and try to talk friends into trying.
