My life has regained a sense of purpose. Or rather, gained one. As much as I will probably hate myself for it (mostly because of the population of run-of-the-mill college students in State College, PA), I think I very well may transfer to Penn State to pursue two degrees; mechanical and nuclear engineering, mostly because getting a BS in nuclear ( Read more... )

That's awesome. I'm sure Penn State's social scene will be awkward and unappealing for you but I think it's great that you're pursuing a degree that you're really interested in.

I hope New Year's went well. I'd still like to see the new place if my invitation (from Dan, like three months ago) still stands.
