Beautifully done, sir. But two things: Number one: some of the symbols are a little too detailed. You do get what they are trying to convey, but not necessarily on the first read. And two (this is nitpicking, but): nobody that old would be put on minesweeper duty.

Other than that though...man. I'm really envious of how you're placing your blacks. Solidly designed and composed.

End communication.

Answer #1: The pages are bigger than this so the details don't appear quite as busy as they do at this size. Plus they were less detailed in the initial sketch, but my classmates could not decipher the conversation.

Answer #2: He's not supposed to be super old, just kinda middle-aged. If he requested to be on the minesweeper duty, they would probably let him considering the job probably wouldn't be very desirable.

Amazingly, Bralph wanted my background to be more detailed, but I didn't think that a realistic background fit with what I was going for.

There is a fatal flaw in your logic, and that flaw is that no one requests minesweeper duty. Who in their right mind would? It is just about the most dangerous thing you can do in the army/anywhere.

I can see his point (Bralph's), but that's probably because I'm 'mister detail'. Okay, maybe that is not really my name, but you get the idea. Or you will when I post page three within the next day or two.
