Hi,

Hv been reading yr blog for some time. You might like to consider these 2 drinks:

1) freshly squeezed juice to take everyday (2 large apples + 1.5 - 2 carrots (depending on size) + 1/4 - 1/3 large beetroot).
Cold Storage has a bottle selling this with the right portions selling for $8.35 for 1 L. It's not v popular so if u r lucky, the cold storage near u may sell it for half price.
It has not been proven (by research) if it brings the CEA marker down but my colleague swears by it.

2) immunocal - buy from OG pharmacy (another expensive product - ~ $130 for 30 pkts) = look for someone w/ OG member card to get the 10% discount.
Good for improving immunity.

Try to eat red meat (beef / mutton) everyday .. even if u r not hungry, make yrself eat ...

Keep up yr faith and get as many people to pray for you.

Oh yes, forgot to add this: watch out from complications -> blood becoming thick. Maybe you might like to ask yr doc to include the PT blood test along with yr other bloodtests the next time you take it to check the level. If yr blood becomes too thick, you will get blood clots & develop DVT (another silent killer). So if the doc checks and it's thickening, at least you caught it in time. Hv to take warfarin to thin it but that means you hv to be careful not to get cuts.

hi Mr/Ms Anonymous,
thks for droppg by & readg!
yes i sometimes juice assted fruits once awhile...
carrots, apples, oranges etc...
tho i find it a bit hassle.
must cultivate it to a daily habit.
i do try to eat once appetite is up.
but its not like b4 when i can eat a whole buffet!
sometimes cravings for certain foods do come.
things like pizza, burgers, nasi lemak, mee siam etc...
but once a while is ok lah.

mix the beet juice with apple, ginger and maybe some carrott - tastes great - the ginger adds a lovely 'berry'ish taste and is super good for you too
