Photos 2, 3 and 4 are my favorites. I love the people gathered to purchase tulips. That's great shot of the bridge in the photo below. I like the hanging still bare branches of the tree in the photo by the river. What is the huge building across the river?

I also like the colors of the melting snow turned to water. Spring is on the way to Moscow.

With the heavy snow and ice which the northern US had the weathermen and msnbc.com is predicting that one third of the US will flood. It sounds as bad as FLOOD '93. We don't flood here but I have many photos of a town where my daughter lived and another town close by that was completely under water. I must scan and post them.

Thank you for the photo link. That appears to be a huge building and I first thought it was a government building. I am sure the best students and professors work hard to make your country and the world a better place.

I am guessing they study many things including medicine and all kinds of technology in depth.

I am sorry they left your country.

As for people waiting for grants, American born white students are at the end of the line behind the black students and other foreign students who are given preference.

When 9-11 happened several students from Iraq who are at a university in St. Louis were asked how they felt about the attack on our country. They said they were "glad". One female student said she was "very happy" about the attack. I wish her ass had been kicked out of the university and deported back to Iraq.

as progress falls back and depression builds up the only hope is for some fresh blood/brains/etc.
there's a funny anecdote about northern folks - "should we bathe all our children or is it much simpler to born new ones?"
