The lake and pines remind me of a lake deep in the Rocky Mountain wilderness where I've been.

vlad_n_van has some beautiful wilderness photos. While they are not in the mountains they have as much beauty as RMNP.

I've been to about 30 states but no park imho compares to RMNP ... it's one of a kind.

Not with RMNP ... I'd stay there camping for 10 days at a time tent camping. It is entirely different than Yellowstone or the Grand Tetons and the other National Parks in the desert of Utah.

Yes, I forget what it is ... it used to be 10 or 12 days.
