Today was a surprisingly good day! :) I went to all my classes, my Art teacher totally bought the email that I sent her about not getting my test back on Tuesday because I was "having the day from Hell". The truth is, I didn't go to class out of pure slothiness. Well, that and I had another paper to do for my Comm class.
I gave out valentines today! Shrek valentines, to be exact! They were "scratch and stink", might I add. Tom's smelled like...burp and Mel's smelled like pickle! It was awesome! It's was also cool to see how many people's faces brightened up at receiving a small little cheap valentine with "To: [NAME] From: Ian!" written on it :) I also gave out Build a Bear hearts to random people :)
For not liking Valentine's Day, I sure do ACT like I do :P Giving out valentines is fun, though. It's the whole "Expecting your significant other to shock and awe you with something that means he/she loves" part that I don't like. Especially since it's been played up SO much and it's SO commercial now. Well, not like it hasn't always been, but still.
Today was fun for various other reasons too. I broke social norms with my partner in Communication class. It was a project that consisted of us going around and acting out of the ordinary norms of society. i.e. Jasmine (my coworker) went into the library and started talking LOUDLY on her phone as if it were no big deal. I went to the computer lab and stared at other people's computer screens and even asked what one guy was looking up on Google XD
It's really funny to see people's reactions. Believe me!
and then work was cool too. Blah blah blah. I still don't really know why I work at a bank. I suck so hard at financial...things. Not my OWN finances, though. I mean dealing with the whole workings of a bank and shit. Pffft.
Kay! I might go to the rec center tommorow and do cardio with Sharon! Whoo! It's much needed. Ugh. I'm getting so fat X_x like srsly, guys.
