Monday: Lunges, Squats, Leg Press, Calve machine. Abs + Cardio
Tuesday: Abs, Straight-arm fly, bent-arm fly, Bench press, DB Biceps curl, DB seated tricep extension
Wednesday: REST DAY :D
Thursday: Abs, Dead lift, Straight-leg dead lift, shoulder press machine, front raises
Friday: Abs + Cardio
Abs = Crunches, Side crunches, Bikes, Reverse body curls, Torso twists, V-ups
Cardio = kickboxing (every Tuesday and Thursday in the evening)
Ugh, that's going to kick my ass. I'm about 75% sure that my teacher is going to make some kind of correction to it and be like "WTF?" hahaha. All we had to do was write out the exercises that we liked or thought would be beneficial to us and he's going to help us create a workout plan. I think that's pretty cool :D
No other real news to update on. Sore Ian is going to be sooooooore! X_x
