My guess is that if someone puts together a media kit full of "inspirational" images and video, shoots up his school, in what is being described as the worst (NEWSWORTHY SUPERLATIVE!) shooting since Kent State, and sends this press kit manifesto to a major news network, which is full of the "despicable" and "furious ramblings of a madman" calling for others who feel oppressed by ignorant, selfish and hypocritical external forces which wield power and status with no merit, to follow his lead and cut them down. And then after fatally shooting 30 people, asks for this call to arms to be broadcast on national news while victims and their families haven't even had the time to begin trying to cope with what happened Monday...
My guess would be that the responsible thing would be to not broadcast or publish it.
