My dad saved my life yesterday. He found out about the FAIL I received at the semester end. He didn't coax, yell or walk out when he heard it all. On top of that, I told him I'm almost failing AP Biology and he just told me to spend more time in that area. It was scary how he kept telling my mom to "stop" every time she would try to put me down. My mom wouldn't take a hint, but after a few times, she totally stopped commenting unless it was something positive. My mom thought my dad would go all crazy when he found out, but he was totally calm and that surprised her. She knows that I have someone on my side, partially, and she can't stop it.
