Jonathon Rhys Meyers is in some good company. While fashion house Versace often choses unknown male models for their ads, they have chosen the "Match Point" actor to be the star of their fall campaign. The current women's ads include the likes of modeling legends Kate Moss, Christy Turlington, and Daria Werbowy.
"Jonathan represents everything that is great about this Versace men's collection. He has all the trademark elements of Versace style--sensuality, individuality, mystery and glamour but he also underlines what is new about the Versace man next season. This is a man who is strong and masculine but at the same time more in tune with his feelings and not afraid to show them; this is a man who is sensual rather than overtly sexy."
And he looks pretty hot in photographs. We couldn't agree more with Versace's choice, which they also probably see as a smart way to raise the visibility of their menswear. Meanwhile the buzz is that his one time fellow co-star, Scarlett Johannson is working with Reebok on a project, but the details have been very hush hush. Guess we're just going to have to wait on that one.
