i'm going to new york!
i spent the day w/ liz today. we went to the mall then chilled at my house doing not that much. anyways she asked me if i'd "do her a favor." i guess she and her sister booked a trip to New york like two years ago, but had to cancel due to a bunch of stuff. so then they rebooked, and had to cancel again. then her sister had a kid and can't go, so she asked me if i'd go w/ her. well sure!
so we came back from the mall to my house, and she made reservations. we're leaving wednesday night, november 12 and coming back sunday afternoon. just a short trip but we'll pack it in. i cant' believe it, how cool is this? expensive (she won't let me pay for any of the tickets, but there's food, lodging, etc etc etc) but cool.
soo, i need your help!
we're looking up hostels to stay at but NY is a big place... where is most of the "stuff" (museums, broadway, sight seeing stuff) at? a lot of these places are in greenwich village, upper east side... but that isn't so much site seeing is it?
i can't believe i'm going to ny! my parents... i already know what their reaction is gonna be: "who is liz? why the hell are you going? what happened to saving your money? why the hell are you going? who is liz? isn't it dangerous two girls by themselves? why the hell are you going?"
okay i'm tired. just thought i'd post this info. church in less than 8 hours. then errands, and alaia's get together (i may leave early, but i'll help you set up and stuff!) night guys!
