...Back again, it would seem. A strange thing: it's as if I haven't felt any time pass at all, though things have certainly changed a little here at least.

It's been a few weeks, I think. Things seem to have been quiet for the most part, apparently. Still, I wonder if I've missed anything major.

I'm sure you'd know by now if you missed anything. When things happen in the city, people aren't exactly quiet about it.

That is true. I'm sure I could have expected to see plenty of panic and so on like the last time.

Exactly, it's like someone hit a big red panic button and it just happens to be on everyone's communicators.

Nice analogy. Still, apparently nobody's hit that button just yet. Perhaps I ought to be grateful.

I would be, it gets annoying when everyone's going on at once about the same thing.

I suppose you can't blame them when it's a serious issue. Such as those soldiers from a little while ago.

In the end, it would have been better off if no one had though. They were tracking us with them, after all.

True enough, but communication was still necessary. It was more of a 'damned if you do, damned if you don't' scenario.

You have a point, but you have to wonder how they were picking up our signals from the first place and how much the scientist's are holding out on us.

Hm. What ways do we have to get the scientists to tell us more? Not many at the moment, I'd think.

[investigative]

As far as I'm aware, "absolutely none".
