[Wesker has been doing a lot of pondering, what with his good 'friend' Chris returning, and that mess with the invasion of the soldiers. He's sick of this imposed weakness and he doesn't quite know how to deal without his usual abilities, that much has been made clear.]

I wonder if anyone could tell me anything about these chips. Where they are and how to remove them would be a nice start.
